Shipping & returns
Sprocket orders can be placed through Stripe checkout. Bikes, racks, brackets, and custom fabrication are quote-only until availability, fitment, lead time, and pickup/shipping details are confirmed.
Ultra Bee sprockets are the only products currently enabled for online Stripe checkout. Stripe checkout collects customer email, phone number, billing address, and US shipping address.
Orders are fulfilled from the Twin Falls, Idaho area. Estimated fulfillment/shipping timing is generally up to 2 weeks unless otherwise confirmed.
Sur-Ron Ultra Bee bikes, rack systems, bracket fitment, scabbard/carry mounts, and complete hunting builds require a quote request before purchase.
Final pricing, included parts, lead time, pickup/delivery options, and fitment must be confirmed by Silent Summit Off-Road before the customer is charged.

Customers must contact Silent Summit Off-Road within 14 days of delivery about damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Used, installed, modified, scratched, damaged-by-customer, or custom/quote-based items are not returnable.
Refunds, replacements, or corrections are reviewed case-by-case after photos and order details are provided.
Customers are responsible for confirming bike model, tooth count, chain compatibility, road/trail legality, and intended use before ordering. If fitment is uncertain, request a quote or fitment check before checkout.
Customers are responsible for following all applicable local, state, federal, road, trail, land-use, hunting, and firearm transport laws. Silent Summit Off-Road does not guarantee legal trail access, road legality, or hunting/firearm compliance.
